Q: I bought and received a Meridian License Key, but it doesn't work. What's wrong?

A: The License Key, as well as the Name and Email address used when purchasing the key must be entered exactly as given. Please refer back to your License Key Email (the subject is "Thanks for your purchase"), and copy and paste each item into the "Enter License Key" window. Please contact us at support@recurringdream.com if you are still having trouble
